1. Evaluating Calls of sales agents based in USA dealing in Humana,UHC,Cigna and other health insurance plans.
2. Verifying sales calls and the consumer data input by the agents to save any application from rejection or delayed processing.
3. Evaluation of the unsuccessful sales calls and providing Feedback to improve the communication skills of agents and to increase numbers of sales.
4. Dealing with queries and issues from the agents and supervisors.
5. Reporting of the agents monthly performance to the supervisors and management.
1.Handling branch operations like Audit , Branch expenses, Bank receipt, Bank payment and other operational tasks of the branch.
2. Handling Compliance related matters of branch.
3. Guiding the customers and answering their queries on telephone and in the branch.
4. Checking vault position at the start of the day and at the end of the day.
5. Supervising and Rechecking cashiers vouchers at the end of the day.
